Fantawild Reopens Three Theme Parks to the Public

After weeks of battling the epidemic, the coronavirus infection has been properly controlled in China, and normality is gradually returning to many scenic locations. Fantawild Oriental Heritage, based in Changsha, resumed operation on March 18^th, followed by Fantawild Adventure, based in Zhengzhou, and Fantawild Oriental Heritage based in Wuhu, which both opened on this 21^st. Fantawild is prepared to open all remaining parks in the coming weeks, once the country’santi-epidemic situation further improves. With a safe environment, all-round sanitization, and high-quality amusement attractions, guests will have a lot to look forward to!

Strict Anti-epidemic Measures Taken for Public Health and Safety

The health, safety,and comfortable experience of our guests is our top priority. For this,Fantawild will strictly follow the government regulations and directions regarding epidemic prevention and control, and take a series of measures,including thorough sanitization and disinfection as well as controlling the number of tourists in a proper manner.

Fantawild will control the total flow of visitors to a maximum of 50% of the park’s bearing capacity per day to prevent the over gathering of people. The park will also arrange guests to enter at intervals in various time periods. The total number of real-time visitors in the park will be controlled so as not to exceed 30% of the maximum real-time visitor flow. To visit the park, all guests will need to make an appointment online by real name in advance. During entry, they are required to wear a mask and undergo temperature screenings. In addition, guests will be reminded to keep a 1-meter safe distance from other guests.

Fantawild highly values the public health inside the park. On the one hand, all the amusement and sanitary facilities, as well as public areas, including restaurants, willbe regularly ventilated and disinfected. All the hand washing facilities will be kept in good condition. Under the current circumstance, we arrange guests to dine separately and will provide them with disposable tableware. On the other,we have set up quarantine areas at the Visitor Center outside the park, and the infirmary inside the park. In case of suspected cases, the park will immediately notify the relevant authorities and carry out on-site emergency treatment depending on the situation.

For Changsha Fantawild Oriental Heritage, from March 18^th to 31^st, guests can have CNY100 knocked off when they purchase an admission ticket from the park’sticket office, the Fantawild official website, the ‘Fantawild Travel’ App, or other online authorized ticketing platforms. Meanwhile, guests can get anannual pass to the park for free, which is worth CNY1288, when they purchase a CNY320 full-price ticket on the ‘Fantawild Travel’ App. For guests holding avalid annual pass or a preloaded membership card, the park promises to extend the expiration date by 53 days, considering the park’s closure from Jan 25^thto Mar. 17^th.

For Wuhu Fantawild Resort, from March 21^st to April 3^rd, the standard ticket for the Oriental Heritage will cost only CNY180 per person, with children and seniors ticket at CNY110 per person. Guests should book their tickets at least 1 day in advance via the “Fantawild Travel” App, and other online authorized channels.Meanwhile, we'll launch a 10-day base ticket, which costs only CNY200, and it will be valid till expiration on Dec. 31^st,2020.

For Zhengzhou Fantawild Adventure, the park offers a preferential price of CNY 200 for standard ticket, and CNY 150 for children and seniors tickets. This special offer lasts until April 3^rd. Guests should book their tickets at least 1 day in advance via the “Fantawild Travel” App, and other online authorized channels.

For guests holding a valid annual pass or a preloaded membership card for parks in Wuhu and Zhengzhou, we promise to extend the expiration date by 60 days. In light of there-construction and upgrading of Wuhu Fantawild Adventure, relevant membership card rights will be transferred and apply to Wuhu Fantawild Oriental Heritage.

To pay tribute to healthcare workers, Changsha Fantawild offers free admissions to all these countermarching heroes in harm’s way. They can upload their ID and Certificate of Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner onto the “Fantawild Travel” App and enter the park completely for free (valid ID card required) upon approval.This policy will last until Dec. 31^st, 2020.
